Information we collect

• Demo and early-access requests. When you request a free demo or ask to be notified about early access, we receive your name, email address, company name (if you provide it) and anything you include in your message.
• Accounts. If you are invited to use the studio and sign in, we receive your email address and basic account details from your sign-in method.
• Your email work. Your brand profiles, email drafts and library items are saved in your own browser's local storage on your own device. Autopilot settings are saved to your account so scheduled draft creation can work in the background.
• Messages you send us. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that conversation.

We do not collect payment information through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to your request, schedule your demo, notify you when an early-access spot opens, operate and improve the service, and send you the email notifications you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site — for example, the companies that host the application and deliver email on our behalf — and when the law requires it. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Email communications

When you submit a request on this site, we may send you a confirmation and related notifications about that request. Every app email we send includes an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. Unsubscribing stops those notifications; it does not affect sign-in or account-recovery emails.

Data retention and deletion

We keep request records as long as needed to handle your request and follow up with you. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will take care of it promptly.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries to keep you signed in and to save your Studio work in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information you don't need to share.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
