What Send Emails Fast does

Send Emails Fast helps you create, edit and organize branded email drafts — including AI-assisted copy, newsletter drafts and drafts created in connected ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp accounts. Drafts are for your review: sending, scheduling and list management happen in your own connected email accounts, and only when you choose to act there. Autopilot prepares drafts on a schedule you set; it does not send email for you.

Accounts and access

Access is granted by invitation or approved early-access request while the product is in limited release. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and let us know right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully, and only send email to people who have agreed to hear from you.
• You are responsible for the emails you create and send, including honoring unsubscribe requests and following applicable anti-spam rules such as CAN-SPAM.
• Don't use the service to send misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and don't attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service or other users' accounts.

Your content

You keep ownership of the brand profiles, copy, images and other content you create or import into the service. You give us permission to store and process that content within the service so we can provide it to you — for example, rendering your drafts and preparing them for export or connected accounts.

Third-party connections

Connecting ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or another provider is optional, and those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we're happy to help you get a connection working.

Service availability and changes

Send Emails Fast is actively developing, and features may change or improve over time. We aim for dependable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that deliverability, open rates or any particular business result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Strategy Plus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law. If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know, except where doing so is prohibited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
